What is MyCardInfo? MyCardInfo allows you to view your credit card transactions and your statements online. It also provides information on who to call with questions, payment addresses, and how to handle fraud and dispute claims.

How do I enroll? Enrolling is as simple as entering your account information, assigning a Username, Password, and Personal Security Code, and completing a few security controls. You will then have access to your online account. If you are not currently enrolled or logged into the MyCardInfo system yet, just click on the HOME link at the bottom of the page and you'll be re-directed to our Enroll/Login page.

What if my Username or Password does not work? If you encounter any questions or concerns that are not answered by following the online instructions during your enrollment or login process, call (888) 4ATIRA1 (888-428-4721).

Is Mycardinfo safe? Mycardinfo is designed to keep your account information secure. Your session will time out after 20 minutes of inactivity and your account number is never displayed on the screen. What features are provided with my Business card? Your new Business MasterCard gives you all of the financial management tools you need to stay in control. Its robust features and online functionalities give you the ability to assign credit lines on employee accounts, view activity across all cards under your account, make one monthly payment, and set spending alerts. Your online account also gives you access to real-time transactional data, historical views, and reports for planning and budgeting purposes – turning simple expense information into valuable business intelligence.

Just by using your NEFCU ATIRAcredit Business card, you'll enjoy automatic rebates up to 20% at merchants businesses use most, including participating brand name gas stations, hotels, restaurants and more. How do I transfer another credit card balance to my NEFCU ATIRAcredit Business MasterCard? Your Business MasterCard allows you to consolidate all of your credit card bills onto one low interest card. You may transfer a balance by calling (888)-4-ATIRA-1 (888-428-4721); be sure to have the billing information on the card that you wish to transfer the balance from, as well as your ATIRAcredit card number.

What is APR and how do I find my APR information? APR is annual percentage rate. This is the amount of interest that is billed to your account for the convenience of utilizing your credit line. There is at least a 25-day grace period during which no interest will be charged on that month’s merchandise purchases. Please note that cash advances do not have a grace period. Your APR is variable, tied to The Wall Street Journal Prime Rate. To view your current APR, please sign into your account through https://nefcubiz.mycardinfo.com. What is my line of credit? This amount is listed in the upper right-hand corner of the document sent with your card. Additionally, your line of credit is listed on each of your statements. You may also sign into your account through https://nefcubiz.mycardinfo.com to view your credit line and the balance remaining for purchases and cash advances.

What is a minimum monthly payment? This amount is the monthly minimum you must pay to keep your account in good standing. This minimum amount is clearly stated on each statement and is equal to 2% of the new balance but at least $40. If the new balance is less than $40, then the minimum payment would be equal to the new balance.

Who do I talk to if I need help understanding my credit card statement? If you have questions regarding your statement or if you feel there is an error please contact member service at (888)-4-ATIRA-1 (888-428-4721).

I have a dispute on my credit card statement, what do I do? If you do not recognize a charge or feel you were billed an incorrect amount, please follow these three steps. First, double-check your receipts and check with other employees on your account. Second, contact the merchant where the purchase originated. Finally, if you are unable to resolve your dispute with the merchant, please contact member service at (888)-4-ATIRA-1 (888-428-4721) for assistance.

How does ATIRAcredit keep my personal information safe? Your account safety is our primary concern. Please refer to our privacy pledge and security page for specific policies and information.

I am traveling internationally, can I use my NEFCU ATIRAcredit Business MasterCard? Your card will work in most countries. Due to fraud trends, we may restrict transactions in certain countries. As a fraud protection measure, we do strongly recommend that you call member service at (888)-4-ATIRA-1 (888-428-4721) prior to your departure. When traveling internationally please use the direct dial number of 00-1-515-457-5568. The toll free number will not work outside the United States.

Can I add another employee to my NEFCU ATIRAcredit Business account? Yes, please call member service at (888)-4-ATIRA-1 (888-428-4721). They will quickly gather the necessary information from you and send out the new card. There is no fee for adding another employee.

What is My Card Info? By visiting https://nefcubiz.mycardinfo.com and enrolling your card in My Card Info, you'll gain access to many features to help manage your Business MasterCard online. With My Card Info, you can view statements, balances, and transactions or make payments and redeem rewards.

What rewards do you offer? ATIRAcredit offers a full and generous rewards program. You may choose from cash, merchandise or travel rewards, just to name a few.

Do my employee cards earn rewards? Yes, with the NEFCU ATIRAcredit Business card you'll earn reward points on every purchase with every card under your account. As the business owner, you can even choose to have the rewards earned on employee cards roll up to your card.



ACTIVATION AND USE

How do I activate my account? When you receive your card, please call our special activation hotline at 888-691-8661 from your business phone. Once your card is activated, don’t forget to register your card at https://nefcubiz.mycardinfo.com for full online access.

My card has been lost/stolen, what should I do? Please call (888) 4-ATIRA-1 (888-428-4721) immediately to report your lost card. Our member service team will disable the card limiting unauthorized spending. To better assist us in servicing your account, please let us know where and when your card was lost/stolen and the last authorized transaction on the card.

How do I make a cash advance? You can easily get cash from your NEFCU ATIRAcredit Business card. You may call (888) 4-ATIRA-1 (888-428-4721) to request a PIN to make withdrawals from any ATM.

I think I have fraud on my account, what should I do? Please call (888) 4-ATIRA-1 (888-428-4721) immediately to report any fraud.

How can I get my credit limit increased? ATIRAcredit proactively adjusts your credit limit in response to your credit score. Maintaining a high credit score will earn you a higher line of credit. In the event you need a credit limit increase, please call (888) 4-ATIRA-1 (888-428-4721) to request the additional amount.

How can I pay my credit card bill? You may mail your payment to ATIRAcredit, sign into your account through https://nefcubiz.mycardinfo.com to make an electronic payment, or add autopay for your convenience.


ACCOUNT ACCESS

I forgot my account password or user name, how do I get a new one? In the event you are unable to log into your account online please re-enroll your card through https://nefcubiz.mycardinfo.com.

How do I get a personal identification number (PIN)? As a security measure to protect you, personal identification numbers (PINs) are not created unless they are requested. To request or to change your PIN, please call member service at (888) 4-ATIRA-1 (888-428-4721).
